Before founding ADFERENCE in early 2014, Nottorf, who holds a doctorate in business informatics, conducted research on scientifically outstanding methods in online marketing. At ADFERENCE, Nottorf leads an expert team of now 70 employees. When he's not optimizing data, he keeps fit by running or doing Freeletics with the latest tech podcast in his ear.

Christian Borck is the second CEO and co-founder of ad tech specialist ADFERENCE - provider of performance-leading PPC optimization for Google Ads and Amazon. Borck is responsible for the Data Science division. Before founding ADFERENCE in early 2014, Borck conducted intensive research at Leuphana University on the decision-making models with limited data availability. He developed a portfolio-based optimization method for the targeting of online advertising based on Bayesian statistics. As Co-Founder and Chief of Data Science at ADFERENCE, he and his team drive the continuous development of the algorithms.

Mareike Geidies is Head of Customer Success Management and Product Owner at ADFERENCE, a subsidiary of ABOUT YOU, which develops innovative advertising technologies for Amazon and Google Ads as an AdTech specialist. As Head of Customer Success Management, Geidies and her team ensure the successful optimization of the Amazon Advertising accounts of big sellers and vendors. In her role as Product Owner, Geidies plays a key role in driving the further development of ADFERENCE tools.
